Mexico’s National Seismological Service (SSN) has warned the Mexican population of a new magnitude 4.1 earthquake that occurred in Oaxaca at 8:41 p.m. on Monday, June 2, 2025.
According to initial information shared by authorities, the epicenter of the earthquake was recorded 50 km southwest of Pinotepa Nacional, with a depth of 5.6 kilometers, a latitude of 16.018°, and a longitude of -98.373°.
