For non-compliance, families that accompany their children to the soccer sporting events that are taking place in the Huatulco Cup, in this beach tourist destination, denounce the Hotel Isla Huatulco, owned by Carla Isla, with whom they had made a reservation for three nights; however, as soon as they arrived they did not want to attend them, so the infant athletes and their companions could be left helpless and defrauded by said company.
With a deposit previously made to the company with the name Operadora H Hoteles y Resort S.A., the members of the Juchitán soccer team and their companions reserved the rooms to occupy them from Thursday until next Sunday night; However, upon arriving at the hotel located on Bahías de Huatulco Boulevard Benito Juárez, the receptionist ordered them to wait, because the rooms were being cleaned.
Minutes after three in the afternoon, the visitors were notified that they would be treated at another hotel and it would only be for one night, since they had booked for three.
The reservation was made since June 6 for 12 rooms and one more courtesy, for which they deposited an amount that amounts to 10 thousand pesos, which until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday had not been attended to.
At three in the afternoon the hotel staff called us, Carla Islas and Maritza Isla fled the hotel, they left the receptionist, but they can’t solve it,” said a mother from the Juchitán sports team.
In addition, she said that they did not want to give them the rooms, “they sent for a person, in charge of another hotel, where they only receive us for one night,” she commented.
Subsequently, the complainant explained, “another person arrived who offered us two nights, then one, and then he would change us.”
The children left Juchitán at 4:30 in the morning, played their first game and went to the hotel where they did not want to receive them, “they have not rested, another category has a later game and they have not been able to rest.”
Those affected call on the authorities to intervene, since the receptionist does not give them a solution and the hotel owner fled to avoid facing the consequences of the sports tourists who arrived in Bahías de Huatulco.
