President Andrés Manuel López Obrador went viral on social networks after receiving a bottle of mezcal as a gift during his work tour in Oaxaca.
Through TikTok, the user @titosalvador13 shared the video where the president is observed receiving the gift of residents of the municipality of San Andrés.
The recording shows a young man emptying the mezcal into a bottle, while López Obrador remains inside the vehicle.
However, seconds later he gets out of the car to hold the bottle, showing a smile and living the residents of the municipality.
So far, the video has 3.8 million views with more than 254,000 “likes.”
