The Ministry of Health confirmed the first deceased in Mexico due to coronavirus Covid-19; Until before reporting on today’s death, and according to the most recent report by the authorities, there were 118 positive cases, in the country.

According to information from the agency, the patient started with symptoms of the new virus on March 9 and also suffered from diabetes. The wife of the deceased explained that they went to a concert at the Palacio de los Deportes on March 3, to go see the Ghost band at the stadium .

“Today in Mexico the first person died with # COVID19. He started his symptoms on March 9 and suffered from diabetes. The Secretary of Health expresses his condolences to his relatives. Rest in peace,” he reported through his Twitter account.

This Wednesday the death of a 41-year-old man was reported in the facilities of the National Institute of Respiratory Diseases (INER), his relatives reported. Adriana ‘N’, who identified herself as the man’s wife, said he died as a result of systemic failure of all his organs.
