From October 11 to 14 in Oaxaca, the fourth Tianguis de Pueblos Mágicos in Mexico will be held, in which the 132 magical towns of the country will meet.

During the month of October, the fourth edition of the Tianguis de Pueblos Mágicos 2022 will be held in the state of Oaxaca. Which will be held in person, after two years of being held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This event will take place from October 11 to 14, and it will bring together the 132 Magical Towns that we have in Mexico.

The realization of this Tianguis has the objective of promoting regional tourism in the country. Especially after this sector was hit hard by the pandemic. Thus, in this fourth edition, the aim is to show the most important attractions of each of the country’s states, to spread their heritage, natural and cultural attractions.

Venue and Dates of the Tianguis de Pueblos Mágicos 2022

The venue for the Tianguis de Pueblos Mágicos 2022 is Oaxaca, and the event will take place from October 11 to 14. And the host state has already begun preparing to receive all the People over the coming weeks. Well, during these four days the culture, tradition, gastronomy and crafts of each of the towns will be shown.

Since last year, when it was announced that this entity would host the event, the Secretary of State Tourism, Juan Carlos Rivera Castellanos, mentioned that the state is ready to receive the attendees. Well, they have more than 7 thousand rooms, a tourist offer that is Cultural Heritage of Humanity and various gastronomic awards.

The Tianguis de Pueblos Mágicos 2022 is an event that allows the consolidation of national and regional tourism. Well, during the four days that the event lasts, operators, tourism companies, airlines, business partners, and the main players in the industry participate. All with the aim of promoting and marketing their products and services.

At the moment, the National Tourism Secretariat has not confirmed the opening hours of the event, nor the place where the stands will be located. But it is estimated that over the next few days this information will be shared through its official social networks.
