Said cultural complex will have a construction of more than 10,000 square meters, thus housing two movie theaters with a capacity between 120 and 150 attendees, two high-rise exhibition halls with the potential to become four, in addition to a theater complex with a capacity of 800 to 1,087 attendees, which can be used as an auditorium stage and as a theater; It will also have an area for workshops, a commercial area, a museum store, a cafeteria and a parking lot.
